DIGITAL SAT MATH PREPARATION

More practice is not always the answer.
Better diagnosis is.

If your child understands the Math but their score is not improving, simply doing more questions may not solve the problem.

AcadMaster helps show where points are being lost across specific skills, harder questions, pacing and Desmos use. Preparation can then focus on what actually needs work.

They understand the Math. So why are the points still disappearing?

01Maybe practice at home looks fine, but performance drops during a full timed test.

02Maybe the last questions in Module 2 are rushed or left unanswered.

03Maybe a problem takes three minutes by hand when Desmos could solve it much faster.

04Or maybe your child is doing well overall, but no one can clearly show which patterns are still costing points.

Before asking your child to practice more, we first find out what needs to change.

Start with the Free Digital SAT Math Diagnostic

Knowing that a student missed eight questions is not enough.

Why were those questions missed, and what should happen next?

Expert Review

We explain the results, answer your questions and discuss what your child should focus on next.

03

Next Focus

That may mean:

  • continuing independently for now;
  • joining the 8-Week Program;
  • using 1-to-1 support;
  • or, for a strong student with only a few gaps, following a shorter targeted plan.

You do not need to choose a program before we understand your child’s needs.

Use the evidence to decide what happens next

A Diagnostic is the starting point, not the whole system.

Throughout the program, teaching, practice and new performance evidence stay connected.

01

Teach

Our tutors teach a structured Digital SAT Math curriculum, including harder questions, pacing and Desmos strategy.

02

Practice

Your child’s tutor assigns timed questions based on the lesson and the skills they need to improve.

03

Review

The tutor reviews the answers and time spent to identify what still needs work.

04

Adjust

The tutor adjusts the next lesson or practice: revisiting a topic, changing difficulty or working on pacing.

Same class. Different practice when needed.

Students in the same group may learn the same topic together, but they do not always need the same questions afterward.

For example, if one student is still making mistakes on medium-level linear-function questions while another is already solving them consistently, their practice does not need to be identical.

The tutor can change the skill, difficulty and question selection for each student.

Three checkpoints across the program

Between those checkpoints, assigned practice continues adding new evidence.

Around the midpoint, we review your child’s progress with you and explain what we plan to focus on next.

Progress should not be something you have to guess.

Gaurav Founder & Mathematics Tutor

Gaurav currently teaches AcadMaster's 8-Week Digital SAT Math Program and 1-to-1 SAT Math.

After several years teaching mathematics and SAT Math, he built AcadMaster around a problem he kept seeing: students could understand the lesson and still struggle to identify exactly where points were being lost.

AcadMaster was built to make that process easier to see and act on.

“Technology should help a good teacher see more—not replace the teacher.”

Frequently asked questions

How do I know which AcadMaster option is right for my child?

For Digital SAT Math, start with the Free Digital SAT Math Diagnostic. It gives us a clearer picture of your child’s current performance before we recommend the 8-Week Program, 1-to-1 support or another next step.

For AP Precalculus, AP Calculus AB, AP Calculus BC or another Math Course, start with a short inquiry. We review what your child is studying, what they need help with and their schedule before recommending a plan.

What is the Free Digital SAT Math Diagnostic?

It is a 44-question, 70-minute assessment completed across two timed Math modules.

The Diagnostic looks beyond the total number correct to examine patterns across Skills and Concepts, question difficulty, pacing, unanswered questions and relevant Desmos use.

An AcadMaster SAT Math expert reviews the results before the report is released.

The Diagnostic and report are free.

How are the 8-Week Program and 1-to-1 SAT Math different?

Copy review: tutor messaging and recording-access wording below require confirmation against the later product rules.

The 8-Week Program follows a fixed small-group schedule and structured curriculum. Students learn the same core material together, while their follow-up practice can differ according to their performance.

1-to-1 SAT Math gives the tutor more flexibility to change the teaching pace, topic emphasis, lesson schedule and practice around one student.

The full 1-to-1 program includes approximately 24 core teaching hours. During the active program, students can also message their tutor inside AcadMaster, with a response within 12 hours.

What happens after a Digital SAT Math program ends?

Copy review: tutor messaging and recording-access wording below require confirmation against the later product rules.

Students keep AcadMaster platform access for six additional months.

They can continue using their recordings, notes, previous work, performance history and available self-directed practice.

The additional access period does not include continued live teaching or new tutor-assigned personalized practice. For 1-to-1 SAT students, tutor chat also ends when the guided program finishes.

Can AcadMaster support my child alongside school or teach a full Math course?

Copy review: these are the two approved Math Course answers combined; this combined answer awaits approval.

Yes.

Lessons can focus on difficult current topics, earlier Math gaps, assessments, AP Exam preparation or areas where your child needs additional practice.

Support can also focus on only part of a course. We do not need to reteach material they already understand.

Yes, for the courses we currently support.

Homeschool students can follow a structured course plan with regular live 1-to-1 teaching, assigned practice, review, feedback and progression through the curriculum.

We agree the scope, pace and schedule with you before teaching begins.

Who will teach my child?

Current course assignments are:

Digital SAT Math — Gaurav AP Precalculus — Saurav AP Calculus AB — Gaurav AP Calculus BC — Saurav

We assign a tutor from our teaching team based on your child’s course, needs, schedule and tutor availability. You can also tell us if you have a tutor preference.

Where possible, the same tutor stays with your child throughout their course or program so each lesson can build on the work already done.
